Suncoast Hospice, a part of Empath Health is seeking a caring and motivated CNA Field to work with us in North Hillsborough County while providing exceptional care on the following schedule: Mon-Fri 8a-5p. Since 1977, Suncoast Hospice has been honored to serve our neighbors across Pinellas and Hillsborough counties with compassionate end-of-life care. As part of Empath Health, we help those living with advanced illness find comfort, dignity, and meaning, while supporting their families and caregivers with guidance and care every step of the way. What you'll Do:Responsible for providing personal care and tasks related to the activities of daily living. Responds sensitively to patient/family needs by observing and reporting any changes, including physical, spiritual, social and emotional, to a registered nurse. Under the direction of the Registered Nurse, the CNA provides personal and basic medical care services within the plan of care for patients within the CNA scope of practice and to enhance patient and family comfort. Valid Florida Board of Nursing certification (CNA License).
