Facility: Morton Plant Hospital Location: Clearwater, FL Status: Full time, exempt Shift: Variable Weekend Work: Every 3rd On Call: No
Clinical Pharmacist Clinical Responsibilities:
The clinical pharmacist shall support the mission of the hospital and pharmacy department by preventing, identifying and resolving drug related problems to assure patient safety improve patient satisfaction and minimize costs.
Certifications and Licensure:
Required: Pharmacist Licensure - State of FL Preferred: Completion of an ASHP Accredited Pharmacy Residency
Requirements:
Required: Bachelor's Degree; PharmD preferred Preferred: Acute Care
