Employ state-of-the-art radiographic and CT imaging techniques to capture high-resolution diagnostic images for medical evaluation Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure every diagnosis is accurate Ensure optimal patient positioning and equipment setup to maximize imaging results Adhere strictly to safety protocols to protect patients and colleagues Keep meticulous records, including imaging logs and equipment service histories Deliver compassionate support to patients throughout the imaging experience Contribute to a well-organized and efficient imaging atmosphere Education and Certification Requirements
Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's Degree is advantageous Graduation from an accredited radiologic program is mandatory Required Credentials
ARRT certification (CT and/or Radiography) is essential Current BLS certification or commitment to achieve it within 90 days of hire Essential Skills for Success
Expertise in diagnostic imaging protocols and safety regulations Strong communicative and interpersonal skills to connect with patients and colleagues alike Ability to thrive in a dynamic setting while adapting to developing situations Attention to detail coupled with a reliable sense of professionalism Familiarity with PACS, RIS, and contemporary imaging technology applications What You'll Receive
