Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding). Monitor and record vital signs, report changes to nursing staff. Provide companionship and emotional support to residents. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment. Assist with documenting resident care in accordance with facility policies. Qualifications:
Current Alaska CNA Certification (required) Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff Compassionate, resident-centered attitude Ability to meet the physical demands of the position Previous healthcare experience preferred but not required - we provide training
