Current licensed practical nurse (lpn) license from the state of illinois Previous experience in a nursing or long-term care facility is preferred Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented Exemplary critical thinking capability High level of professionalism and confidentiality in compliance with hipaa standards Must have compassion, tolerance, and understanding of older adults
