Pharmacist - Floating Temporary Since 1970, Salud has been committed to providing a Medical Home to patients, where medical, dental, behavioral health services, and clinical pharmacists work together and coordinate efforts in a team-based system of care. We strive to improve the quality of our patient's lives who would otherwise have limited access to health care. We serve all individuals regardless of their insurance status or ability to pay. Job Description We're seeking a Temporary Full-Time, Floating Pharmacist, who would be based in Fort Lupton and be able to travel to our other SALUD Pharmacies located in Brighton, Commerce City, Longmont, and Fort Collins, based on where assistance is needed. This assignment is from the date of hire to approximately September, 2026. Work Schedule
Monday to Friday - 8 am to 5:30 pm

Starting hourly pay range is $65 to $74 per hour Available Mon to Fri - 8 am to 5:30 pm

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharm D preferred
Licensure:
Possess a license to practice pharmacy in good standing in the State of Colorado
Experience:
Experience working at a Community Health Center pharmacy is preferred Ability to speak Spanish preferred Sensitivity to low-income and ethnic minority communities is a must
