What You'll Do As a CNA, you'll provide hands-on care and support to residents while building meaningful relationships. Your day may include:
Assisting residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
Supporting mobility, transfers, and restorative care programs
Helping with meals, hydration, and nutrition
Monitoring residents and reporting changes to the nursing team
Providing compassionate, person-centered care tailored to each resident
Supporting a positive, respectful, and team-oriented environment What We Offer

Current Oregon CNA license
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
A genuine passion for caring for others
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to stay positive and compassionate in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements (Real Talk) This is an active role. You'll:
Be on your feet, walking and assisting residents throughout your shift
Lift/move up to ~60 lbs with proper equipment and team support
Help residents safely transfer and move
Salary Description $20.50 - $27.54/hour DOE
