Assist with resident's activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, as well as providing accountability for all care services provided. Assist with meal preparation and serve meals, snacks, and beverages as needed. Monitor and provide safety and security for residents' physical and emotional well being. Promote resident independence by providing quality care in accordance with current standards, principles, and regulations. Report any changes in a resident's condition to the supervisor.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience or training in a related field is preferred. Proven ability to work with a team to provide compassionate and quality care. Demonstrated ability to use sound judgment and make decisions in accordance with good clinical practice.
