Founded by Dr. Taner Esensoy, Rainbow Pediatrics of Fayetteville is committed to treating children like our children by providing the highest quality pediatric care and testing in a compassionate environment. From infancy through adolescence, vision testing to immunizations, Rainbow Pediatrics wants to help children live longer, healthier and more productive lives. Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Pediatrician to join our Fayetteville teams. The ideal candidate is compassionate, collaborative, and committed to delivering high-quality, family-centered pediatric care in an environment that values teamwork, innovation, and work-life balance. Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive care to infants, children, and adolescents Build long-term relationships with families and the care team Participate in clinical growth initiatives and community outreach Collaborate with medical and operational leadership to enhance patient experience and outcomes Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in pediatrics Unrestricted license (or ability to obtain) in North Carolina Current DEA license (or ability to obtain) Strong communication and interpersonal skills
