RN Unit Manager Position: RN Unit Manager (RNUM) Location: Concord, MA 03301 Facility: LTC/SNF Shift: 7am - 3:30pm (Five days in a week that includes EOW) Contract: 9 weeks Pay Rate: $65/hr Start: ASAP Responsibilities:
Evaluating nurse and medical staff performance. Maintaining and restoring the health of their patients. Managing daily treatment schedules. Enforcing health and safety regulations. Solving staffing issues and shortages. Evaluating and adjusting treatment plans based on patient condition.
