Supervise and support nursing staff during weekend shifts
Ensure high-quality resident care and compliance with facility policies and procedures
Monitor resident conditions and address clinical concerns promptly
Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident assessments as needed
Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff and CNAs
Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Maintain compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations
Respond to emergencies and assist with clinical decision-making
Qualifications
Current RN license in the state of Tennessee
Previous supervisory experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred
Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
