At Diablo Valley Post Acute, we are seeking an experienced and compassionate LVN Supervisor to lead and support our nursing team in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment. Position Summary The LVN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing nursing staff, ensuring quality resident care, maintaining compliance with facility policies and regulations, and promoting a positive and supportive work environment. This leadership role is ideal for a motivated LVN with strong clinical and organizational skills. Qualifications
Active California LVN license in good standing Minimum 3-5 years of nursing experience required Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience strongly preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams Responsibilities
Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts Ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate care Monitor clinical documentation and compliance standards Assist with admissions, discharges, and care coordination Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and healthcare teams Promote a positive and professional workplace culture Why Join Diablo Valley Post Acute?
