You'll play a key role in helping patients recover from injury, surgery, or illness while maximizing their mobility and independence. Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop customized care plans Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and mobility training Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and therapy team members Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulations Qualifications
