Support initial and ongoing RBT competency evaluations for new and existing RBTs
Support 3-4 case supervisors as they grow their clinical and decision making skills
Provide weekly hours of billable supervision, focused on providing supervision to trainees during their first 6 weeks at Soar, and case supervisors preparing for the BCBA exam
Host weekly group training and discussion sessions for new trainees at their home center
Build trainees skill sets in ESDM practices and ABA strategies, including joint activity routines, responding to challenging behavior, data collection/documentation, and evidence based teaching strategies
Completes monthly STNH ESDM Fidelity Checks for RBTs
Hosts a section of the MDC bi-weekly to monthly that communicates with BCBAs what is needed from them to ensure adherence to supervision requirements
Organize and host quarterly, center-level continuing education events for BCBAs and RBTs
Collaborate with the Partner Clinician and Center Operations Director regarding RBT performance and needed performance improvement initiatives
Act as a clinical leader in the center on days when the Partner Clinician is not present
Achieve ESDM certification within 2 years of starting your role as a Clinical Trainer What we offer:

What You HaveMinimum of a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field LBA in Arizona (for AZ only) Preferred candidates have a background in child development, early childhood education, or a related field 3 or more years of experience as Board Certified Behavior Analyst ABA early intervention experience A mission driven nature that is deeply focused on care quality for kids Strong desire to work with clients ages 2- 6 Clear professional communication, both verbally and in writing Fluency in navigating devices such as computers and tablets Embodiment of Soar's Core Values: High expectations, Belonging, Trust, Collaboration, Continuous Improvement, and Fun
