Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care, including prenatal, delivery, postpartum, and gynecologic services Diagnose and treat a wide range of women's health conditions Perform surgical procedures consistent with training and experience Collaborate with MFM specialists, OB Hospitalists, and subspecialty providers for coordinated patient care Participate in shared call coverage Maintain accurate, compliant, and timely medical documentation Adhere to clinical protocols, quality standards, and patient safety initiatives Engage in quality improvement initiatives and clinical best practices Build and maintain strong patient relationships and contribute to practice growth Supervisory Responsibilities
May provide clinical oversight to Advanced Practice Providers (Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants), nursing staff, and medical assistants as applicable Participates in mentoring, training, and onboarding of clinical staff as needed Required Skills & Competencies
Strong clinical knowledge across the full spectrum of obstetrics and gynecology Surgical proficiency in standard OB/GYN procedures Excellent diagnostic and clinical decision-making abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills with patients and care teams Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment Strong organizational and time management skills Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving practice environment Qualifications
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program Eligible for Arizona medical licensure DEA license (or ability to obtain) Strong commitment to patient-centered, team-based care Excellent clinical and communication skills Preferred Experience
Experience in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery (MIGS) Familiarity with collaborative care models including MFM and OB Hospitalist programs Interest in clinical quality improvement or research initiatives Work Environment
Combination of outpatient clinic, hospital, and surgical settings Exposure to communicable diseases, bloodborne pathogens, and bodily fluids Fast-paced clinical environment requiring adaptability and critical thinking Regular interaction with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams
