Qualifications Needed:
Previous experience with providing personal care, specifically for a private-duty home care agency or in a care facility Valid driver's license or government-issued photo ID Clear Level 2 Background Screen from the State of Florida Agency for Healthcare Administration (AHCA). Information about the Level 2 background screen can be found here: Clearinghouse Education and Awareness Must be at least 18 years of age Active CPR certification.
