Qualifications
Valid driver's license Reliable vehicle and proof of auto insurance Ability to pass a background check Dependable, professional, and compassionate attitude Passion for caring for older adults and helping them maintain independence at home
Responsibilities
Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, transfers, and ambulation Support clients with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and medication reminders Perform delegated nursing tasks as directed Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities Transport clients to appointments, errands, and community activities as needed Follow all agency policies, procedures, and care protocols Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the care team
