Student Worker - Athletic Training Academic Year 2025-2026 The Athletics Department's Sports Medicine Staff is currently seeking students to serve as athletic training aides. Position Information Position Type: Student Worker Department: Department of Student Workers Job Title: Student Worker - Athletic Training Academic Year 2025-2026 Classification: Student Worker Pay Rate: Starting rate $9.00/hr Position Summary Information Hours per week: Up to 20 hrs/week Days Worked: Flexible Hours/Shift worked: Flexible Required Qualifications Ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Customer service skills. Computer skills (proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.). Willingness to perform varied duties. Ability to multitask and work with multiple projects at one time. Students interested in a medical career preferred but not required. Must complete 3 required clearances (PA Criminal Background, Child Abuse History, and FBI Fingerprints) Preferred Qualifications Job Duties: Task may include but are not limited to:
Assist in the set-up and tear-down of athletic contests and practices Maintain inventory of athletic training supplies Assist in clerical procedures Maintain athletic training room organization and cleanliness Other duties as assigned
Working Conditions and Physical Effort Ability to lift up to 25 pounds when moving equipment. Ability to work nights and weekends Posting Open Date: 02/05/2026 Posting Close Date: 09/18/2026 Special Instructions to Applicants Previous experience is not required.
