CPR and BLS certification required At least 1-2 years of dental assisting experience; specialty experience preferred Graduate of an accredited Dental Assisting program (if required by state law) Proficiency in sterilization protocols and infection control procedures Strong communication skills and a patient-focused attitude Knowledge of dental software and basic administrative tasks Ability to work collaboratively with doctors and staff in a fast-paced environment
