Perform frequent, systematic assessments (at least every two hours) and update care plans accordingly. Communicate changes in condition to physicians; provide thorough handoff reports to oncoming nurses. Maintain strict infection prevention practices; support a safe environment of care. Recognize and respond to emergencies; interpret electrocardiography (EKG) and apply appropriate drug therapies and procedures used in the unit. Administer, titrate, and document critical care infusions Care for immediate post-anesthesia patients when assigned and follow PACU guidelines.

Current Arkansas RN license. BLS at hire; ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire. TNCC and ENPC certifications (or commitment to obtain per department timeline). Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; professional communication with physicians, staff, patients, and families.
Preferred
Associate's degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred. 1–3 years of nursing experience (critical care strongly preferred).
Compensation & Schedule
Status: Full-time (PRN/part-time may be considered). Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts with potential nights/weekends/holidays and call per unit needs. Pay: Competitive base pay with applicable differentials; details discussed during the interview process.
