Physical Therapist Start Date: 01/05/2026 Hourly Pay Rate: $57.71 Shift: Day Shift, 8 Hours Job Description Inpatient and outpatient experience preferred. This role functions autonomously to deliver physical therapy treatment, either through referral or direct to consumers. The therapist evaluates patients, develops treatment plans, assesses progress, and monitors towards treatment goals. They ensure patient needs are met by providing access to care, enhancing patient experience, and maintaining quality care metrics. The role includes assisting in program development and enhancement to meet patient and community needs. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in physical therapy Minimum of 2 years of experience Current physical therapy license in the state of practice
Key Skills & Abilities
Proficiency with computers, software, and web-based applications Effective verbal and written communication skills Strong judgment and decision-making abilities Excellent interpersonal skills Flexibility with fluctuating schedules based on patient demand
Duties & Responsibilities
Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment programs Assess patient response and modify treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate patient records according to standards and policies Achieve productivity goals related to access to care, patient experience, and quality metrics Contribute to program development and improvement to meet community needs Adapt communication and procedures to suit diverse patient populations Remain compliant with federal, state, and local laws, accreditation standards, and regulations Uphold the organization's Compliance & Privacy standards and report concerns promptly
Physical and Environmental Demands
Exposure to blood, body fluids, tissue, and communicable diseases in a patient care setting Occupational hazards including exposure to hazardous waste or medications, with appropriate safety protocols
