Responsibilities
Deliver safe, effective nursing care under RN supervision Administer medications and treatments per facility protocols Monitor and document patient conditions and changes Assist with care planning and collaborate with the healthcare team Provide compassionate support to residents and families
Requirements
Active LPN license in Iowa (or ability to obtain) Current BLS certification Previous LPN experience preferred Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
