Licensed Practical Nurse Wellesley, Massachusetts Maxim Healthcare is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one care to pediatric and/or adult patients in their homes. $42–$46/hour + Weekly Pay This is an opportunity to deliver individualized, meaningful care while building strong relationships with your patients and their families. Responsibilities
Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care Deliver skilled nursing services in accordance with physician orders and care plans Monitor and assess patient conditions, including physiological and psychosocial changes Collect, analyze, and interpret patient data to identify actual or potential nursing needs Document care, observations, and patient progress accurately and timely Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity and quality of care
Qualifications
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in the state of Massachusetts Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Current TB test or chest X-ray (as required) Minimum of one year of professional nursing experience preferred
