Mobile medic role with frequent intercity travel using multi modes of transportation Conduct patient assessments, administer first aid, and provide guided treatment under provider direction. Support comprehensive case management through patient follow-ups, referrals, and ongoing care coordination. Foster strong, trusting relationships with patients, on-site staff, and healthcare providers to ensure optimal care and communication. Serve as a resource for psychosocial support, applying a peer support model to assist site personnel. Lead proactive injury prevention initiatives, including "stretch and flex" programs and ergonomic coaching. Accurately document patient interactions and care in the electronic health record (EHR) system. Ensure the on-site medical facility remains clean, organized, and fully stocked with essential supplies. Collaborate with jobsite safety teams by supporting orientations, trainings, and additional assignments.
Ideal Candidates:
Education: High school or equivalent Experience: 3–4 years in emergency, occupational, military medicine, or similar field Certified: BLS, CPR, First Aid required. EMT/NREMT preferred. BLS for Healthcare Provider level (American Heart Association) or Professional Rescuer (American Red Cross) OSHA 30 and NYC SST 10 hour preferred. Maintain SST within 30 days of employment Able to travel via multiple modes of transportation Adaptable: Thrive in fast-paced, independent work environments Customer-focused: Strong communicator and team player Mobile: Must have a valid driver's license and be able to walk the jobsite for up to 5 hours daily. Must be able to lift 25-50 pounds. Must successfully pass pre-employment drug screening and is subject to post-accident, random, and reasonable suspicion drug and alcohol testing throughout employment
