Patient Care & Treatment – Conduct thorough assessments, create personalized treatment plans, implement therapeutic interventions, and adjust care as needed to achieve optimal outcomes while educating patients and families on health maintenance strategies. Collaboration & Mentorship – Work closely with healthcare professionals for integrated care, mentor residents, students, and trainees, and support clinical staff in delivering high-quality, cost-effective healthcare. Compliance & Documentation – Maintain accurate, detailed patient records, and ensure strict adherence to HIPAA, HRSA, State, Federal, and accreditation standards, as well as organizational policies and procedures. Professional Development & Best Practices – Stay current with advancements in physical therapy, incorporating evidence-based practices into patient care to continually enhance quality and effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education and Experience: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution. A minimum of two years of professional experience in physical therapy, demonstrating a broad range of clinical skills in a healthcare setting. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Licenses, Certification or Registration: Valid and active state licensure as an Physical Therapist required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
