Phlebotomist The Center for Reproductive Medicine (CRM) has been a leader in treating fertility patients in Central Florida since 1985. Combining decades of experience with state-of-the-art technology, CRM has achieved some of the highest pregnancy rates in the southeast. CRM is also known for providing compassionate patient care & individualized treatment plans. The work we do, changing peoples' lives and building families, offers stimulation, challenge, and personal reward. We have an immediate opening for a qualified Phlebotomist to fill a full-time position at our Winter Park location. This is an exciting and challenging position with a practice that continues to grow. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management and organizational skills. This position requires independent judgment as well as the ability to work closely with a team of clinicians. Applicants must have excellent interpersonal skills; capable of multi-tasking and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment; computer and telephone skills required. Infertility and/or Women's Health experience is preferred. Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm with rotating Saturdays and holidays Job Duties include:
Performs phlebotomy using proper technique and universal precautions. Ensures lab specimens are sent to proper labs. Documents patient care services utilizing daily logs, patient records, and appropriate outside laboratory forms. Comforts patients by anticipating anxieties, answering questions, providing support.
Education Requirements:
Phlebotomy diploma REQUIRED. Certification preferred. Must love doing Phlebotomy - all day, every day!! At least 1 year of experience performing phlebotomy High school diploma or GED required. Bilingual-Spanish a plus!
