What you'll be doing:
Oversee day-to-day field operations from start through completion Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics Ensure projects stay on track for safety, quality, and timelines Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients and internal teams

5-10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction Experience managing ground-up and/or renovation projects Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to run projects independently and keep teams aligned
