We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing outpatient Urology team in beautiful Wilmington. Position Highlights
100% outpatient Urology practice Monday–Friday schedule Work closely with experienced Urologists and clinical support staff Evaluate and manage a wide range of urologic conditions Opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships and continuity of care Procedures and specialty interests welcomed based on experience and training Collegial and team-oriented culture with strong physician support
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and follow-up visits Diagnose and manage common urologic conditions Develop treatment plans and provide patient education Order and interpret diagnostic testing and imaging Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff Maintain timely and accurate documentation within the EMR
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program Board certified or board eligible North Carolina license (or ability to obtain) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Interest in outpatient specialty care and patient-centered medicine
