Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology program is required. High school diploma or equivalent is necessary. Certifications Needed:
Possession of a current CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) credential is mandatory. BLS certification is essential (must be obtained within 90 days of hire). Key Skills and Attributes:
