Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program Experience with clinical rotations emphasizing surgical care is highly preferred Certification Requirements
Current PA-C certification in good standing BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory State licensure as a Physician Assistant or eligibility for licensure Essential Skills
Thorough understanding of surgical techniques and principles of sterility Ability to interpret diagnostic tests and contribute to complex clinical decisions Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities Capacity to perform well under pressure, particularly during surgical procedures Empathetic approach and respect for patients' dignity and choices What We Offer
