Über
Administer medications and monitor patient responses. Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide optimal patient care. Document patient care and progress in electronic medical records. Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and conditions.
Current RN license. BLS certification. Experience with Cerner electronic medical records. Minimum of one year of clinical experience as an RN.
