What You'll Be Doing (Your Daily Vision Quest)
Perform technical workups including patient histories and testing (you know the drill) Assist providers during exams and procedures with confidence and efficiency Keep patient records accurate, organized, and locked down (HIPAA always!) Multitask like a seasoned pro to keep clinic flow moving Communicate clearly with patients-answering questions, easing concerns, and keeping things positive What You Bring to the Table
Experience as an Ophthalmic Assistant/Technician (no guesswork here) Solid knowledge of ophthalmic equipment and procedures IJCAHPO certification? Awesome. (Not required, but definitely a bonus!)
