Position Highlights: This is a multi-disciplinary Hematology/Oncology practice involving the full breadth of elective and acute care general surgery. There is a team spirit of collaboration with an emphasis on continuous learning, education, quality improvement, and standardization of care and best practices As a Comprehensive Hematologist/Oncologist with Kaiser-WPMG, you will:
Collaborate closely with colleagues and specialists to share knowledge, discuss cases, and design patient-centered treatment plans. Practice in a model that removes insurance barriers, giving you the time and access needed to truly know and care for your patients. Work within a multispecialty medical center that delivers coordinated care through convenient, one-stop facilities offering a full spectrum of services. Have the option for a 4-day work week. Provide inpatient rounding as a consultative service, supported by on-site hospitalists who manage all admissions and discharges. Maintain a clinic schedule designed to protect meaningful patient-physician face-to-face time. Enjoy strong work-life balance with competitive vacation and CME time. Practice community hematology/oncology with opportunities to focus on specialty interests. Use EPIC and Beacon EMR systems across all practice locations. Pursue non-clinical interests and professional development. Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $497,045 - $584,759 (salary will be prorated based on FTE, new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience.) Value-Based Incentives: Annual bonus based on organizational goals and quality metrics Generous Employer Retirement Contributions: Upon eligibility, WPMG will contribute 11% of your base salary to your 401(K), with additional employee contributions being optional Cash Balance Plan: Additional means to save for retirement
