Partner with interdisciplinary teams including PTs, OTs, nursing staff, doctors, caregivers, and family members to ensure holistic care approaches. Provide invaluable education for both patients and their families, empowering progress beyond therapy sessions. Support occasional inpatient evaluations and treatment, ensuring comprehensive care throughout their healing journey. Maintain precise and timely documentation following all state, federal, and organizational mandates. Commit to continuous improvement and professional growth through ongoing education and collaboration with peers. Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified. Required Certifications
Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist. Preferred: ASHA's Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of joining. Essential Skills
