Utilize radiographic and CT techniques to generate high-quality diagnostic images for healthcare provider assessments Partner with radiologists and other team members to ensure clear and accurate diagnostic evaluations Expertly position patients and calibrate equipment to maximize imaging outputs Adhere strictly to radiation safety protocols, prioritizing the well-being of both patients and staff Keep comprehensive records, including imaging documentation and equipment servicing logs Deliver empathetic patient care throughout the imaging journey Foster a safe, organized, and efficient imaging workspace Educational Background
Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is essential; a Bachelor's Degree may be advantageous Completion of an accredited radiology training program is mandatory Necessary Certifications
ARRT certification (CT and/or general Radiography) is required Current BLS certification or willingness to secure within 90 days of joining Valuable Skills
Strong knowledge of diagnostic imaging protocols and safety regulations Exceptional communication abilities with both patients and interdisciplinary colleagues Capability to adapt swiftly in a fast-paced medical environment Detail-oriented nature and deep sense of responsibility Familiarity with PACS, RIS, and contemporary imaging technologies What Awaits You
