Keep meticulous records through electronic medical record systems. Essential Educational Background
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree. Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. Certifications Needed
Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Nevada. National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or equivalent. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications, or the ability to obtain these within 90 days. Skills That Make You Stand Out
