Job Description: As a Family/Internal Medicine Physician, you will be an essential part of our innovative healthcare model. This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive, collaborative environment with reduced administrative burdens. 2+ years of clinical outpatient experience, post-residency Current, unrestricted Arizona State license or eligibility for licensure Board certification/eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Active registration or eligibility to register with the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) Active Medicare/Medicaid enrollment or eligibility to enroll Strong oral and written communication skills Comfortable with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems; Athena preferred About Our Commitment: Our team members are central to our mission to reshape healthcare through the power of connection.
