Job Responsibilities
Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and construct personalized therapy strategies designed to help them reach their functional objectives. Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methodologies to enhance patients' motor functions, cognitive abilities, and daily life skills. Collaborate with Multi-Disciplinary Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, holistic patient care. Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance to patients and their families on effective therapy techniques to foster ongoing improvement at home. Evaluate and Record Progress: Monitor patients' clinical outcomes and modify treatments as necessary, ensuring they remain on track to their goals. Education Requirements
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. Ongoing education and post-graduate certifications will be encouraged and supported. Necessary Certifications
Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license. NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required. Core Skills
