Details: PLEASE READ ATTACHED PRACTICE DESCIPTION TO UNDERSTAND THE ROLE FULLY Veterans Evaluation Services (VES), a Maximus company, is a government contractor helping our nation's Veterans. Need is on a PRN basis, ongoing Option to work ½ days(4-hours) and/or full days(8-hours) One-Time non-treatment C&P exams + separation health assessments Exams are primarily interview-based with some physical assessment: range of motion testing, muscle strength testing. No prescribing, no treatment Quick credentialing & onboarding Willing to accept these specialties: family medicine, internal medicine orthopedic surgery, anyone with a background in general medicine, or experience with compensation and pension. Required Facility Photos Clinic Signage Parking Lot (Requirements: Designated handicap parking space visible via metal sign or painting in space; Must be able to see route wheelchair would take from parking space to front door) Front Entrance (Requirements: Must be able to see door frame and threshold; If not wheelchair accessible, ramp or elevator must be visible. This may not be the front entrance but a side or rear entrance).
Suite Entrance - If clinic is located in building with multiple offices. Elevator - If office is on any floor other than the ground floor, we must see photo of elevator. Waiting Room (furniture visible) Exam Room (Requirements: Must be able to see door frame and threshold; Exam table with protective paper; Provider workstation (Desk/chair visible)). Handicap Accessible Restroom (Must be able to see door frame and threshold; At least one grab bar near toilet; Full view of sink and toilet).
