Our medical team, led by Dr. Krista Prato Matthews and supported by our Hospital Manager, Keshia, combines over seven years of ER and advanced GP experience. What You'll Do Assist veterinarians and RVTs with exams, treatments, diagnostics, and procedures Prepare patients for appointments, including histories and vital signs as appropriate Provide nursing care to hospitalized pets, including monitoring comfort and cleanliness Safely handle and restrain animals of varying sizes and temperaments Support lab work, including sample collection and processing Clean, sanitize, and maintain exam rooms, treatment areas, instruments, and equipment Communicate professionally with pet owners and provide basic care instructions as directed Maintain accurate medical records and patient information Work collaboratively with the hospital team to support efficient daily operations and a positive client experience About You 1+ years of Veterinary Assistant or Technician experience Calm, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Friendly, compassionate, and professional communicator Basic computer skills; veterinary software experience is a plus Veterinary certifications are a plus Compensation & Benefits Shared impact bonus resulting from hospital profitability
