Conduct evaluations for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients using standardized assessments along with observational methods. Craft individualized treatment plans that cater to immediate ambitions as well as enduring communication and swallowing needs. Engage in focused one-on-one speech therapy aimed at enhancing communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing functions. Work in harmony with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, doctors, family members, and caregivers to devise comprehensive care strategies. Provide educational resources to patients and their families to promote progress during and outside of rehabilitation sessions. Occasionally assist with inpatient therapy evaluations and interventions, ensuring seamless care throughout the treatment process. Uphold meticulous and timely documentation in accordance with state, federal, and organizational standards. Engage in ongoing education and professional collaboration to stay informed about field advancements. Education
A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet SHAA-certified. Certifications
State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist. Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be obtained within 30 days of employment. Skills

Strong interpersonal communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
