Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and create individualized therapy strategies aimed at achieving their functional aspirations. Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based interventions to help patients improve motor skills, cognitive function, and everyday activities. Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work in tandem with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide integrated and comprehensive care. Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their caregivers on therapy practices that foster continued progress outside of clinical settings. Monitor Progress and Outcomes: Carefully document patient developments and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to stay on track. Qualifications
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited academic institution. Encouragement for continuing education and post-graduate certifications. Licensing and Certification
Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license. NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is necessary. Skills and Attributes
