Schedule Any 5 × 8 hour shifts, totaling 40 hours per week with 8 hours per shift. Job Description We are seeking dedicated healthcare professionals for a dynamic role where you will provide top-notch care and support to patients. As part of a collaborative team, you will ensure that patients receive the best possible treatment and support during their stay. ResponsibilitiesProvide compassionate care to patients and their families. Assist in daily activities and support in meeting patient needs. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans. Monitor and document patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare team.
