Welcome and orient newly admitted residents and their families with enthusiasm Ensure rooms are prepared and ready for new admissions Assist physicians during rounds and coordinate diagnostic and therapeutic services Administer nursing care including catheterization, wound care, and vital sign monitoring Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams Support restorative and rehabilitative programs with compassion Manage resident admissions, transfers, and discharges smoothly Why You'll Love Working Here
