Hi, SLPs! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a school-based position in St. Augustine, FL. You'll support K-12 students by providing speech and language services that directly impact communication and learning. This role is ideal for both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs), with strong mentorship provided. Why Join Us Competitive pay + flexible full-time or part-time schedules Clinical Fellow (CF) mentorship and ongoing support W-2 employment with liability insurance included Healthcare benefits* + 401(k) with company match Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expenses Mileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonuses What You'll Do Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed What We're Looking For Valid Florida State SLP license (or ability to obtain) Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply Strong communication and collaboration skills School-based experience preferred, not required
