Qualifications Current license to practice nursing in the State of Florida Current CPR or BLS certification Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting with patients aged 5-65yrs+ Skills:
Proficiency in medical terminology for medical documentation is preferred. Experience with behavioral health patient is preferred. Knowledge of patient care principles for adult psychiatric patients is beneficial. Experience working with children in a psychiatric setting is highly desirable. Competence in taking vital signs accurately. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Strong critical thinking and clinical reasoning skills.
