Supervise and mentor clinic support staff, including administrative and clinical assistants. Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient care. Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient appointments and manage patient flow. Implement and maintain clinic policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Assist in training new staff and providing ongoing education for existing staff. Manage patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback to ensure satisfaction and compliance with standards.
Qualifications Education Associate's Degree Healthcare Administration required and Bachelor's Degree Healthcare Administration preferred Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? Yes Licenses and Credentials Experience Experience working in a healthcare setting 3-5 years required and Experience in a leadership or supervisory role 2-3 years required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Strong leadership and team management abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and office software. - Knowledge of medical terminology, billing, and coding processes. - Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
