Conduct comprehensive evaluations for patients within both inpatient and outpatient frameworks, creating personalized and effective treatment protocols. Deliver targeted physical therapy interventions aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and overall functionality. Work collaboratively alongside nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation professionals to maximize patient outcomes. Educate patients and their families about therapeutic goals, discharge processes, and recommended home exercises. Carefully document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress, adhering to both facility standards and regulatory compliance. Engage in interdisciplinary team rounds and conferences to ensure holistic, coordinated patient care. Education
Completion of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a comparable degree from an accredited institution. Certifications
Possession of a valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist CPR certification is preferred. Specialized certifications, such as in geriatrics or neurology, are advantageous but not mandatory. Skills
