Collaborate seamlessly with other healthcare professionals including physical and occupational therapists, physicians, and family members to develop integrated care plans. Provide education to patients and their families, equipping them with tools and knowledge to support progress outside of therapy sessions. Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations and therapy, ensuring a consistent care experience for your patients. Ensure meticulous and timely documentation that meets all state, federal, and organizational regulations. Commit to ongoing professional development through continuing education and team collaborations. Education
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized and accredited institution. Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified. Certifications
Active state licensure as a Speech Language Therapist. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be obtained within 30 days of hire. Skills
