Schedule Shift: 08:00 - 17:00 (Day Shift) with weekend requirements of 1 weekend per month. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our state-of-the-art rehabilitation team. The primary focus will be on the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of patients recovering from neurological and orthopedic conditions, including stroke, brain injury, and spinal cord injuries. This role is crucial in maximizing patients' health, function, and overall quality of life through comprehensive therapy programs tailored to individual needs. ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough evaluations to assess patient speech and language abilities. Develop and implement customized treatment plans. Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care. Provide education and support to patients and their families. Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMust hold a valid Montana Speech-Language Pathologist license. Minimum of 1 year of experience in inpatient rehabilitation, specifically with neuro and orthopedic patient populations.
